That's Handy is Australian Owned & Operated. Our HQ is located out of Melbourne, Australia and is owned by two friends that are passionate about giving back by supporting mental health charities through selling handy products that people need in their lives to make life so much easier.

IS DELIVERY FREE? 

Yes, delivery is free Australia wide and worldwide for all orders.

 

HOW LONG IS DELIVERY?

Preparing your order can take 1-3 days depending on what day you order; and 1-3 days for delivery. Usually orders are delivered within a week, however due to COVID there are sometimes delays that are out of our control. We like to be transparent with our customers so we apologise in advance for any inconvenience that this may cause.

 

 ARE YOUR PRODUCTS AUSTRALIAN MADE?

Unfortunately, not yet. We are growing the business and reinvesting the much needed funds into establishing an Australian manufacturing company, to keep Australians employed and support the Aussie economy. This is our end goal along with giving to charities that are all about supporting people suffering with a mental illness.

 

DO YOU HAVE A MONEY BACK GUARANTEE?

Yes, we have money back guarantee on all products within 30 days of delivery. Defective items must be reported and returned to us within the warranty period (and in the original packaging, if possible). Please tell us what the defect is so we can endeavor to limit defects on future orders. We will be happy to refund you the money or replace product at no further cost to you.
